ANNA CAPRI USED Walthers Fairbanks-Morse H-10-44 Oakland Terminal Railroad #103

The FM H-10-44 was a 1,000 hp switcher was a produced by from August, 1944–March, 1950. A total of 195 units were built for American railroads until superseded by the H-12-44.

The Oakland Terminal Railroad was the predecessor of the Oakland Terminal Railway. The Railroad was formed in 1935 by the Railway Realty & Equipment Company, Ltd. to handle the Key System's freight customers. The Railroad operated over Key System's A, B and C lines and the Key Systems freight-only tracks on 26th Street and along the waterfront. In 1943 the Key System sold the Oakland Terminal Railroad to the Western Pacific and ATSF, which renamed it Oakland Pacific Railway.

This unit runs well and comes with a figure on the front. The build dates for the first H-10-44s don't match the Oakland Terminal Railroad branding on this example - should be "Railway'?

Anna Capri Used is stock that has been used by other railway enthusiasts, in most cases it has been well cared for and we do our best to ensure that it is fit for purpose however it is sold on an “as is” basis and while we will do what we can to put things right if necessary Anna Capri Used stock is not refundable.
