As near as we can figure, the P-12 class light Pacifics were built for Southern Pacific by Alco/Brooks and we think this one is by Mantua.
#3121 was one of the 10 SP acquired. This example runs really well and was the winner of the 2022 Northern Manawatu Model Railway Club hill climb competition.
