ANNA CAPRI USED Hornby 0-4-0 'Smokey Joe' #56025
Smokey Joe is a model steam locomotive based on the Caledonian Railway class 264 saddle tank shunter, built from 1885. Most of these were in long service, mainly around Glasgow, with the last withdrawn in 1962.
The actual number 56025 was an early 264 class built in 1890 and for its working life was primarily based at St Rollox Works, Glasgow, where it was the works shunter until its withdrawal in 1960.
This one runs well - actually goes like a little rocket.
